Wailuku Branch
Member Service Representative
As a Member Service Representative, you'll be one of the first people our members interact with when they walk through our doors. At Maui County FCU, we believe every member deserves trusted, compassionate service and the tools they need to achieve financial well-being at every stage of life — and you'll play a direct role in making that happen every single day. Your days will be busy and varied — here's a breakdown of what to expect:
Handling Transactions with Excellence You'll process everyday banking needs like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, cashier's checks, and money orders. At the end of each day, you'll balance your cash drawer and make sure everything adds up. Your commitment to accuracy and doing things right the first time reflects the excellence our members count on.
Helping Members with Integrity and Compassion You'll open and close accounts, answer questions, solve problems, and make sure every member leaves feeling heard and helped. Whether it's sorting out a checking account issue, explaining our latest products, or simply taking the time to truly listen, you'll approach every interaction with honesty and genuine care — because our members trust us with what matters most to them, their financial lives.
Growing With Members at Every Stage of Life From a kid opening their first account to a retiree managing their savings, you'll have the privilege of connecting members with the right products and services for wherever they are in their financial journey. By actively learning what our members need and thoughtfully recommending solutions, you help turn everyday transactions into lasting financial confidence.
Staying Connected with Your Team Through Collaboration You'll work closely with your supervisor and fellow staff, keeping everyone in the loop and pitching in wherever needed. We believe that when we work together with respect and a shared purpose, we do our best work — for each other and for the members we serve.
The Little Things That Matter You'll also handle phone calls, maintain accurate records, keep your workspace tidy and secure, and assist with drive-up and night drop services as needed. Every detail, no matter how small, contributes to the seamless, professional experience our members deserve.
What We're Looking For
This is more than a job — it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your neighbors and community while building a rewarding career with a team that leads with integrity, compassion, collaboration, and excellence in everything we do.
