How to Prepare for the Core Data Processor Conversion

Updated 2/23/24

Pre-Conversion:

  • Be sure that Maui County FCU has your current email address and phone number on record. In addition to your account number and social security number, you will need your email address and phone number on record with us to enroll or re-enroll in digital banking.
  • Any online banking payments or transfers that are scheduled through February 29 will be paid.
  • Any online banking bill pay items scheduled between March 1 - March 3, 2024, will be processed on March 4 once our systems come back up. From this date, bill pay setup through online banking items will resume as scheduled.
  • Make note of all external transfer accounts as we're not able to carry over external account information to the new system. Bill payment information will convert to the new online banking system.
  • Download and save any needed eStatements through January 2023. All members will be mailed their February 29, 2024, statements even if enrolled in e-statements.
  • Download your account history before 11am HST on February 29, 2024. Your prior transaction history will not be available and statements prior to March 2024 will not be immediately available in the new online and mobile banking platforms.
  • Have some cash on hand as needed for the 4-day period.
  • MCFCU debit cards will have $200 daily transaction limits from March 1 - 4, 2024.

Post Conversion:

  • All members will receive a statement for the month ending February 29, 2024 in the mail, including members who have enrolled in e-statements.
  • New Online Banking Platform: Users will need to enroll as first-time users and set up a new login. You will need your account and social security numbers to enroll.
  • New Mobile Banking App: Users will need to download and install the new “MCFCU Mobile Banking” app (after March 5th) from the App Store or Google Play. Then enroll to set up new login credentials or use their new online banking credentials. You will need your account and social security numbers to enroll.
  • New Online Bill Pay and External Account Transfers: Check to ensure that your bill payees and accounts transferred to the new system.
  • New Phone Banking Platform: The toll free number will be changing to 877-824-4910 and the menu options will have changed. Users can self-enroll and must call from a phone number that the Credit Union has on record. Your account number and social security number will be needed to enroll.
