Maui County Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Member Service Representative (Senior MSR) to provide professional, friendly, and accurate service to our members. This role handles a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and account maintenance. The Senior MSR also balances daily transactions, verifies cash totals, and performs more complex MSR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash advances.

• Balance daily cash and transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

• Assist members with opening new accounts, updating account information, and answering account-related inquiries.

• Deliver excellent member service by resolving requests and questions promptly and professionally.

• Provide guidance to Member Service Representatives I and assist with training when needed.

• Cross-sell credit union services, promoting financial products and benefits to meet member needs.

• Perform drive-up teller and night drop functions as assigned.

• Maintain the confidentiality, professionalism, and quality reputation of Maui County FCU in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of MSR policies, procedures, and credit union operations.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with standard office and banking equipment (adding machines, coin/cash counters, computers, etc.).

• Strong math and accuracy skills.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Operations Manager.
