Training & Development Specialist

At Maui County FCU, learning is more than training - it’s how we care for our people and ensure we’re always showing up strong for our members. The Training and Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting our team by creating meaningful, engaging learning experiences that help employees grow, succeed, and serve our community with confidence.

In this role, you’ll plan, develop, and deliver training programs across the credit union, working closely with teams to understand their needs and design learning solutions that are practical, clear, and effective. You’ll create and maintain a variety of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, workbooks, scripts, and audio-visual resources, to support both new and ongoing learning.

By analyzing operational processes and user needs, you’ll help organize and refine standard operating procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency across the credit union.
