We are getting ready for Maui County Federal Credit Union’s second annual Holiday Fair on December 6, 2025. It will be a festive day dedicated to supporting local makers, artisans, and small businesses throughout Maui. To share the excitement, we are hosting a Small Business Saturday Instagram Giveaway featuring gifts generously donated by participating Holiday Fair vendors.

Eligibility Requirements
The random drawing is open to individuals who reside on the island of Maui. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Entry
To qualify for this giveaway, you must:
- Be a Maui resident
- Follow @mauicountyfcu on Instagram
- Like the official Small Business Saturday giveaway post
- Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post
- Each comment must include only one tagged person
- Each additional tagged friend in a separate comment will count as an additional entry
- All tags must be posted by 11:59 PM HST on Small Business Saturday
- The person tagged must also reside on the island of Maui
Multiple single-tag comments are welcome. Comments containing more than one tag in a single comment will not qualify.
Prizes
Each qualifying entry will be entered into the drawing. A total number of winners will be determined based on the number of vendor-donated items available. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and no substitutions are permitted. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable to another individual, except to a surviving spouse. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes if applicable.

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Selection and Notification of Winners
Winners will be selected at random within three business days following Small Business Saturday. The drawing will take place at:

All decisions are final.
Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message. MCFCU is not responsible for messages not received due to spam filters, privacy settings, incorrect contact information, or technical issues. Winner does not need to be present to win.
Prizes may be picked up in person at the Main Office during regular business hours beginning on the date winners are announced.
Entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Maui County Federal Credit Union to use the winner’s name, voice, picture, likeness, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners may be required to sign a release form.

Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Maui County Federal Credit Union. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless MCFCU, participating businesses, and their employees, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
Limitation of Liability
Maui County Federal Credit Union is not responsible for errors, fraud, technical failures, or other events affecting the giveaway that are beyond the Credit Union’s control. MCFCU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at its sole discretion.
