The holiday season is here, and we’re excited to sprinkle a little extra cheer across our island community! This year’s 12 Days of Giftmas Giveaway celebrates the spirit of giving and supports the amazing local restaurants and food trucks that make our home so special.
From December 12 - 23, we’ll be gifting daily surprises from local eateries - each chosen to brighten your season and uplift local businesses. If you’re a Maui County FCU member, you’re invited to join the fun and enter to win on Instagram!

2025 Official Rules: 12 Days of Giftmas Giveaway
Eligibility Requirements
The 2025 12 Days of Giftmas random drawing is open only to:
- Current Maui County Federal Credit Union (MCFCU) members, and
- Members who reside on the island of Maui,
- During the giveaway period of December 12 - 23, 2025.
Participation is strictly limited to MCFCU members. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter
To qualify for each daily drawing, participants must be MCFCU members and must:
- Follow @MauiCountyFCU on Instagram.
- Like the daily 12 Days of Giftmas post.
- Comment on the post by 10:30 a.m. HST the following day.
- Earn extra entries by tagging a friend you'd like to spend time with - each tagged friend in a separate comment counts as an additional entry.
Non-member entries will not be eligible to win.
Prizes
Each qualifying entry from an MCFCU member will be entered to win that day’s prize.
A total of 12 daily winners will be selected at random.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted.
- Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable, except to a surviving spouse.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received from MCFCU members for each daily drawing.
Selection & Notification of Winners
Daily winners will be selected the next business day after each post through a random drawing of all eligible MCFCU member entries.

- Winners will be notified via social media direct message.
- MCFCU is not responsible for notifications that are not received due to spam filters, incorrect account settings, or technical issues.
- Winners do not need to be present to win.
- Prizes may be picked up in person during business hours at the address above, on or after the day winners are announced.
Publicity
Entry and prize acceptance constitute permission for MCFCU to use a winner’s name, voice, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. Winners may be asked to sign a release form.

Affidavit of Eligibility & Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to:
- Abide by all 12 Days of Giftmas rules and MCFCU decisions, and
- Release MCFCU, participating businesses, and their employees, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from participation.
Limitation of Liability
MCFCU is not responsible for errors, fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its control that may affect the giveaway.
MCFCU reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time at its sole discretion.
