OFFICIAL RULES
Eligibility Requirements. The random drawing is open to current Maui County Federal Credit Union (MCFCU) members residing on the island of Maui from May 7 - 11, 2026. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Entry. To qualify for this drawing you must:
- Be a Maui County Federal Credit Union member living on Maui
- Follow @mauicountyfcu on Instagram
- Like the Mother's Day giveaway post
- Drop a comment tagging a mom or person who inspires you on this post by Sunday, May 10th, at 11:59 pm HST
- The person being tagged must reside on the island of Maui
Only tag one person per comment. Multiple comments are welcome. Multiple tags in a single comment will not qualify.
Prizes. Each qualifying entry will be entered to win the drawing. A total of two (2) winners consisting of the person commenting and the person tagged will be selected at random. Prize is not redeemable for cash; no substitution is permitted. Prize is non-assignable or transferable to another individual, except to a surviving spouse. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable.
Odds of winning. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Selection and Notification of Winner. Winners will be selected on Monday, May 11, 2024. The random drawing will take place at Maui County Federal Credit Union’s Main Office located at 224 Kehalani Village Drive, Wailuku, HI 96793. All decisions are final.
Prize winners will be notified via Instagram. MCFCU will have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk email, or other security settings, winner’s incorrect or non- functioning contact information. Winner need not be present to win. Winners can collect their prize in person at 224 Kehalani Village Drive in Wailuku, during business hours, on or after the day of the winner is announced.
Entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Maui County Federal Credit Union to use winner’s name, voice, picture or likeness, and prize won advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners may be asked to sign a release form.

By entering and participating in the Mother's Day giveaway, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the contest rules and decisions of Maui County Federal Credit Union. Participating entrants agrees to release and hold harmless Maui County Federal Credit Union. Credit Union, businesses involved in this drawing, as well as employees, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents of each from any and all claims and liability arising directly or indirectly from their participation in the giveaway.
Limitation of Liability
Maui County Federal Credit Union is not responsible for errors, fraud or other events affecting the giveaway which are beyond the Credit Union’s control. Maui County Federal Credit Union reserves the right to terminate or modify the contest at any time at its sole discretion.
