What to Expect After the Core Data Processor Conversion

Frequently Asked Questions Post Conversion

The core data processing system conversion was completed on March 2, 2024. Now what? We've compiled some of the most frequently asked questions that members may have after the system change.

Only transactions from March 1, 2024, forward will show in the new online/mobile banking platform. Members should have received their February 2024 statements in the mail. Members can request transaction history for a specific period of time by sending a message through digital banking or emailing a request to [email protected].

In the new digital banking system, you will be able to see eStatements beginning with your March 2024. If you were previously enrolled in eStatements, you will be able to see historic eStatements in the coming months. If you need specific transaction history in the meantime, send us a secure message for the statement dates through digital banking.

On our previous system the trans code was used to determine which account the funds came from. The new system uses the Checking MICR number. To have the funds to continue to come out of Savings, you will need to give the Savings MICR number to where the ACH was setup up. Unfortunately, we cannot change it on our side. Alternatively, members can transfer funds between checking and savings accounts with a few clicks in digital banking.
